After 30 years of caring and leading as a Registered Nurse, Irmadene Hanson launched her company as an authentic and down to earth leadership Speaker, Coach and Consultant. Irmadene works with companies to improve the connection, trust, and authenticity leaders need to make a BIGGER impact. She is an author, veteran of the US Army and certified John C. Maxwell Speaker, Coach and Trainer. She lives on the family farm in rural Minnesota with her partner Wayne and her parents. Irmadene is the proud mother to three daughters and their husbands, two step-sons and their wives, as well as six beautiful grandchildren (and counting)!
