FuzionPrint in the Author's Corner

Karen Lund, is not only an author she is also a global business consultant, an Elder, a jet setter, a storyteller, a physical education teacher, and a Red Cross staffer during Vietnam. Her journey began in Minot, North Dakota, USA, went around the world for a number of years on the Pacific Rim, and now is back in the United States.

She livens up a party with her stories from the times she consulted at a Barbie Doll factory, an underground silver, zinc and copper mine, a credit card call center, a stone quarry and stone cutting operation, an armored car operation, and at many more off-the-beaten-path places.

One of her claims to fame is being the “Bed-games Expert” aka recreation director at a Guam US Navy hospital during the Vietnam War. She used her negotiating skills, diplomacy and substantial charm to brighten the lives of many servicemen with movies, activities, and inspiration.

She fused her 50 years of listening, talking, observing and analyzing organizations, communities and individuals into the many insights in Being an Elder.
